Ko Kikuchi
Based on the idea that "everything has a place," he creates two-dimensional paintings that focus on the way things are placed next to each other and how they are arranged. In addition to paint, he uses a collage technique in which paper and cork are directly pasted on top of each other. He focuses on the value of each material, and considers the relationships and harmonies that emerge from these variations.
